Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email along with the link to track your order. Or, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
we do not offer same-day shipping.
We currently ship within the United States including US P.O. Boxes.
Shipments are reflected as RTO (returned to origin) under the following circumstances: - Delivery was attempted more than once but it could not be delivered due to either wrong address or no one being present at the given address - The address could not be found because either it was incomplete or the pin code was wrong If you or someone at your delivery address refused to accept the order Under these circumstances, our customer support team would try to contact you on your registered phone number. If there is no response on that number or it is not reachable, then the package is returned to the origin.
All orders are usually shipped within 2-3 business days but can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Items shipped will have a 5 -10 business day window for arrival. Due to Covid-19, Shipping may be delayed an additional 3-4 days.
Note: Your items may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive emails with different tracking information if shipped separately.
